Summary :

The aim of the EXTRAAAAAA project is to acquire an accelerated solvent extractor that allows automated, reproducible, efficient and rapid extraction of molecular biomarkers from various matrices. This new apparatus will ease sample preparation upstream the LSCE/PANOPLY/RéGEF technical plateau of molecular biomarker analyses I will enhance our ability to manage large set of samples with significant improvements in extraction yields thus allowing sufficient amounts of material to perform compound-specific 14C dating and RMN structural identification.
