Material Heritages

The DIM Patrimoines matériels – innovation, expérimentation, résilience (PAMIR) is the Ile-de-France research network dedicated to the study of heritage sciences.

It brings together the human and social sciences (history, archaeology, art history) and paleontology, with the natural sciences (physics, chemistry, life, and earth sciences) and data sciences (mathematics, statistics, computer science).

Structured in 4 methodological axes and 3 thematic fields, it aims to study heritage from all angles, strengthen the dynamics of collaboration between research teams and socio-economic actors, and support structuring in the field.
